Agencies & Co collects minimal information. We may collect anonymized usage data (search queries, pages visited, general country-level location) to improve the Service. No personal data is collected without your consent.
Data collected is used solely to improve the directory experience and understand which regions and agencies users are most interested in. We do not sell data to third parties.
We use essential cookies for proper site functioning. We also count page views and link clicks on our own servers to show agencies how much interest their listing receives: this uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, records no IP address and no identifier, and cannot follow you across other websites — each record is simply a page address, a country, a referring site and a timestamp, used only in aggregate. We also use optional analytics cookies (see below). You can switch these off at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or disable cookies in your browser.
We use Google Maps to display agency locations. We also use Google Analytics for more detailed usage insights; it sets cookies and sends data to Google, with IP anonymization enabled. If you would rather not be included, you can turn it off at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and we will not load it on any later visit. Google's privacy policy applies to data collected through these services.
We retain anonymized analytics data for up to 12 months. Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
