NEW Scouting & Management is a New York based mother agency. Established in 2012 by native New Yorker Joe Marino who saw the need for a fresh approach to scouting and managing models. NEW looks for unique new faces worldwide and helps with their development, placement and management. NEW also works with established models who are in need for personal management as their careers become more demanding.
