Later he founded his own casting company MTC Casting, where he managed countless castings for high-end luxury Fashion Designers, including fashion shows and campaigns, and collaborated with high-profile magazines and photographers. Maurilio now focuses his creative expertise on his real passion: scouting new faces worldwide and talent development with the objective of matching and signing new talent with the best model management agencies around the world.
